  • Email sequences ready (welcome, onboarding)

Content & Creative

  • Positioning statement approved
  • Message map created
  • Ad creatives produced (3+ static, 1+ video per platform)
  • Press release / media kit ready
  • Social media content calendar (2 weeks)

Launch Week

  • Ads activated (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • PR distributed
  • Social media posts published
  • Influencer activations live
  • Team monitoring real-time dashboards
  • Daily standup: metrics review

Post-Launch (weeks 1-4)

  • Daily: CPA, ROAS, conversion rates by channel
  • Weekly: A/B test results, creative performance
  • Week 2: First optimization pass (kill underperformers)
  • Week 4: Full performance report + next quarter plan
  • Ongoing: user feedback collection, NPS, support tickets

Common Launch Mistakes

  • ❌ Launching without analytics → flying blind
  • ❌ All budget on day 1 → no data to optimize
  • ❌ No post-launch plan → momentum dies
  • ✅ Staged rollout: 10% → 30% → 100% over 2 weeks
