Hi, I'm Dilshat
I've spent the last eight years inside Kazakhstan's largest financial companies - Halyk Bank, Bereke Bank, BCC, and Halyk Insurance. My job is connecting ad spend to actual revenue. I build the measurement infrastructure to make that happen: attribution systems, event taxonomies, server-side pipelines, and campaign architecture. Over that time, I've grown UA budgets from $200K to over $3M a year.
Between 2020 and 2023, Google and Meta both offered me roles in their Dublin offices, covering EMEA fintech sales. I turned them down. The problems in the local market were just more interesting to solve, and the tax math of relocating didn't make sense.
Right now, I split my time. At BCC, I'm building out the analytics infrastructure from scratch for an online banking app with 2 million active users. At Halyk Insurance, I run the full performance marketing and analytics stack across four major product lines, driving 13 to 15 billion KZT in annual premiums.
Based in Almaty, working globally. Beyond building architecture, I'm fully hands-on: I actively manage multi-million dollar ad campaigns, drive SEO and ASO strategies, and implement complex technical setups like Server-to-Server (S2S) integrations, advanced GTM, and full-stack analytics.
