Growth-analytics maturity diagnostic
Eighteen questions about how your measurement, attribution and reporting actually work today. You get a score per dimension, an honest read on what it means, and the specific thing to fix first. Nothing is sent anywhere — the scoring runs in your browser.
Most teams do not have one analytics problem. They have a foundation problem that surfaces as an attribution problem, and get sold a new tool for it. This diagnostic separates the layers so you can see which one is actually holding up the rest.
The six dimensions
- Measurement foundationHow tracking is deployed, whether events have an agreed vocabulary, and how you find out when it breaks.
- Server-side and data qualityWhere conversions are sent from, what identifiers travel with them, and what you filter out before counting.
- Attribution and reconciliationWhich model decisions actually run on, how platform claims get checked, and whether revenue closes the loop.
- Mobile attributiononly if you have an appMMP setup, what SKAdNetwork is actually telling you, and whether context survives the install.
- Data infrastructure and BIWhere the data lives, how reports get made, and whether two teams can agree on one number.
- Marketing-to-revenue linkWhether you can see what a customer costs, what one is worth, and whether the budget moves on evidence.
How each question is scored
- Ad hoc — it happens, but nobody owns it and nothing is written down.
- Defined — there is a way of doing it, and roughly everyone follows it.
- Managed — it is documented, repeatable, and someone checks it.
- Optimized — it is measured, monitored and improved on purpose.
Before you start
- Eighteen single-choice questions across six dimensions. Three of them apply only if a mobile app carries part of your growth; say no and that dimension is dropped from the score entirely.
- No email, no sign-up, nothing leaves this page. Scoring runs in your browser and the finished result is encoded in the URL.
- Answer for what happens today, not what is on the roadmap. A generous answer only buys you a flattering number.
