Find out which numbers you can trust

A read-only review of how your funnel is measured — tag manager, analytics, ad platform signal quality, and the gap between what the platforms report and what your CRM settles.

Nothing else on this page is worth buying until you know where your measurement is wrong. The audit touches nothing and changes nothing: it reads your containers, properties and platform settings, reconciles them against what your CRM actually closed, and returns a ranked list of what is broken, what it costs you, and what to do about it. The report is yours whether or not you hire me for the fix.

Worth doing when

  • The platforms and the CRM disagree and nobody can explain the delta
  • Spend is being allocated on numbers the finance team does not accept
  • You inherited a measurement setup and have no idea what it does
  • Someone is proposing a rebuild and you want a second opinion first
  • Performance dropped and you cannot tell whether it is the market or the tracking

What you get

Findings ranked P0 to P3
Each with the root cause, not just the symptom, and what it is costing in misallocated spend.
Quick wins split from structural work
So the things worth doing this week are not buried under the things worth doing this quarter.
A platform-versus-CRM reconciliation
The actual size of the gap between reported and settled conversions, by channel.
A 90-day roadmap delta
What to change, in what order, with the dependencies made explicit.
The report is yours either way
No obligation to buy the remediation. If the answer is that your setup is fine, that is the answer.

How it runs

  1. IntakeA 30-minute call and a short brief — products, funnels, platforms, and what stopped adding up.
  2. Read-only accessGTM, GA4, ad accounts, and whatever CRM export you can share. Nothing is modified.
  3. ReconciliationPlatform-reported conversions against settled outcomes, channel by channel, to size the gap rather than assert it.
  4. Findings and walkthroughThe ranked report, plus a session to argue with it. Disagreement at this stage is useful.

This is the entry point. Most engagements start here and move up only if the audit finds something worth building.

Questions I get asked

What access do you need?

Read-only on the tag manager, the analytics property and the ad accounts, plus whatever conversion export the CRM can produce. Nothing is changed during the audit.

What if you find nothing?

Then you have a documented, independent confirmation that your measurement is sound, which is worth having before the next budget conversation. It has happened.

Do we have to buy the fixes from you?

No. The report is written so another team can execute it. Several have.

Can we try the free version first?

Yes — the maturity diagnostic scores your setup across six dimensions in about three minutes, in the browser, with no email required. It is a rough sketch of what the audit does properly.
