Growth Analytics Consultant
for Fintech & E-Commerce
I help banks, fintech, e-commerce, and marketplaces build measurement infrastructure, cut wasted ad spend, and unlock growth levers that aren't visible in last-click reports.
Every source resolved to one identity, modelled once, then pushed back to the platforms that spend the money.
Growth analytics & performance dashboard
Media budgets under management, onboarding funnels rebuilt, and revenue measured end to end.
Hi, I'm Dilshat
I've spent the last eight years inside Kazakhstan's largest financial companies - Halyk Bank, Bereke Bank, BCC, and Halyk Insurance. My job is connecting ad spend to actual revenue. I build the measurement infrastructure to make that happen: attribution systems, event taxonomies, server-side pipelines, and campaign architecture. Over that time, I've grown UA budgets from $200K to over $3M a year.
Between 2020 and 2023, Google and Meta both offered me roles in their Dublin offices, covering EMEA fintech sales. I turned them down. The problems in the local market were just more interesting to solve, and the tax math of relocating didn't make sense.
Right now, I split my time. At BCC, I'm building out the analytics infrastructure from scratch for an online banking app with 2 million active users. At Halyk Insurance, I run the full performance marketing and analytics stack across four major product lines, driving $26–30M in annual premiums.
Based in Almaty, working globally. Beyond building architecture, I'm fully hands-on: I actively manage multi-million dollar ad campaigns, drive SEO and ASO strategies, and implement complex technical setups like Server-to-Server (S2S) integrations, advanced GTM, and full-stack analytics.
Infrastructure
that drives revenue.

Projects across Kazakhstan's largest banks, insurers, lenders and e-commerce.
Start with a diagnosis.
Not a contract.
Three ways to work together. Most engagements start at the first one and move up only if the audit finds something worth building.
Attribution Audit
A read-only review of how your funnel is measured: tag manager, analytics, ad platform signal quality, and the gap between what the platforms report and what your CRM settles.
- Findings ranked P0 to P3, each with root cause and fix
- Quick wins split from structural work
- A 90-day roadmap delta
- The report is yours either way
Project
One scoped build, agreed before it starts: server-side GTM and CAPI, an MMP or S2S pipeline, an event taxonomy, an offline conversion import, a first-party data layer in your warehouse.
- The working pipeline in your own accounts
- The spec that documents it
- A handover your team can maintain
- Fixed scope, milestone updates
Fractional retainer
Standing analytics engineering capacity. I own the measurement layer: new tracking as the product ships, QA when a platform changes the rules, and the reporting that sits on top.
- No long-term contract, pause anytime
- Unlimited analytics requests
- Avg 48 hour turnaround
- Direct comms via Telegram or Slack
A 30-minute call and a short brief - products, funnels, platforms, and what stopped adding up.
Read-only access to the tag manager, analytics, ad accounts, MMP, and wherever conversions finally settle.
Your funnel walked end to end with every event and network call captured, the container read tag by tag, and platform-side signal quality checked - match quality, deduplication, consent.
Findings ranked P0 to P3, each with root cause, business impact and the fix. Quick wins separated from structural work, plus a 90-day roadmap.
What it is not: implementation. The audit tells you what is broken and what it is worth fixing. Building it is a separate conversation, and not always with me.
How the work actually gets built
Technical writeups from client engagements: architecture, event schemas, and the failure modes that cost the most to find. Anonymized, published in full.
A superapp is not a website and not an app - it is a native shell full of WebViews, and every standard measurement assumption breaks at the boundary. The four problems, in the order they bite, and the three rules that hold across all of them.
GA4 is free until superapp volume turns its quotas into your architecture. A comparison grounded in a 200-event cleanup, a vendor-selection memo, and the published limits of both tools.
Three tests for whether you need a measurement partner at all — and the two differences between AppsFlyer and Adjust that actually showed up in a banking S2S integration.
Most "we need a CDP" conversations are a taxonomy problem, an identity problem, or an activation gap. Here is how to tell which one you have, and the cheaper architecture that closes three of the four.
Two hundred events, eighteen prefixes, and nobody could answer how many people bought a policy last month. How a superapp event taxonomy collapses to thirty-five with one required parameter, why the money event has to leave the browser, and the migration step everyone skips.
Google shipped a native AI Assistant channel in May 2026. It classifies on the referrer header - and roughly 70% of AI traffic arrives without one. What the native channel covers, the custom channel group that fills the gap, and how to size the part that lands in Direct forever.
Let's talk about your project
I start with a two-week audit. Fixed scope, no long-term commitment upfront. If it surfaces value, we continue, if not, you keep the roadmap.
